Resident Requests can now be made using the new Resident Portal. The Resident Request form has moved to BUURT. Once you've logged in, navigate to the menu on the left and select "Online Services." Then, choose the "Maintenance Request" option from the drop-down. Be sure to include as much information as possible when making your request.
